The chronology of this theme section includes 18th through 20th century. One can see Russian officer rapier from the site of Poltava battle (1709), series of broadswords of 19th C.: combat-engineer models 1797, 1827 and 1834, naval artillery lower ranks model 1810 in the exposition. There are dragoon sabers (mod. 1841), cavalry and infantry general sabers (mod. 1826) here. Shashkas are of special interest: honorary ones (Golden weapon "For Bravery", St. Anna, St. George ones), soldier dragoon models 1881, officer dragoon models 1881 and 1881/1909, Cossack lower ranks models 1881 and 1904 and others. Russian short-blade weapon is represented by daggers of Cossack army, artillery gunners and machine gunners. There are also bayonets to Russian shotguns, rifles and assault rifles. Caplock pistols of 19th C., "Nagant" revolver, personal "Mauser" of P.E. Dybenko (C-96M, 1912) are of certain interest among firearms.
